These Terms of Service govern your use of Your Parenting Playbook’s website, webinars, and digital products. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Our Site
You may use our site and resources for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without permission
Misuse any form, content, or tools provided on the site
Share course materials outside your household
2. Digital Products and Events
At The Parenting Playbook, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are digital courses, downloads, and online resources, all sales are final.
However, we stand behind the quality of our materials and want families to be fully satisfied. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase at info@yourparentingplaybook.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the item or issuing a credit in special circumstances.
For single live classes or webinars, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable, but we may offer credit toward a future class.
3. Coaching Program and Workshop Series (e.g., The Playbook Parenting™ Series)
Enrollment in a multi-session coaching program, such as The Playbook Parenting™ Workshop Series, reserves one of a limited number of seats and holds that spot at the expense of other interested families. Because of this, group-based programs follow a different refund policy than the single-class policy above:
● Cancel at least 5 days before the first session: you will receive a 50% refund.
● Cancel less than 5 days before the first session, after the series has begun, or do not attend a session (“no-show”): no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
● The Parenting Playbook cancels, postpones, or is otherwise unable to deliver a scheduled program: you will receive a full refund, or, at your option, a credit toward a future cohort.
We encourage you to confirm your availability for all sessions before registering.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials—including PDFs, videos, images, and written content—are the property of Dr. Lisa Petit and The Parenting Playbook, LLC. They may not be copied or reused without written consent.
5. Disclaimer
All content is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice. Dr. Petit is a board-certified pediatrician but does not offer individualized care or diagnosis through this platform. Participation in The Playbook Parenting Series or any coaching program does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and program outcomes are not guaranteed.
