Meet Dr. Lisa Petit

Pediatrician. Parent Educator. Mom.

Hi, I’m Dr. Lisa Petit—a Board-Certified Pediatrician, Parent Educator and a mom of 3. After more than 15 years in practice helping thousands of families, I found that parents were urgently seeking advice, only to be overwhelmed or disappointed but the unhelpful (and often unrealistic) online recommendations.

That’s why I created The Parenting Playbook: to deliver practical, no-judgment tools rooted in child development and real-world experience. I’m also a certified “1-2-3 Magic” instructor, and I’ve taught hundreds of classes on topics like screen time, picky eating, sleep, and discipline.

Whether you’re navigating tantrums, picky eating, screen time, or anxiety, I’m here to help you parent with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
